Bring your Baby to Yoga! This class will focus on the caregivers flexibility and about caring for your baby throughout class. These classes have a special rhythm. Soothing crying babies, changing diapers and feeding baby in class is the norm. For moms who are at least 6 weeks postpartum and pre-crawling babies.
Moon Light Yoga
We get it. You’ve been working hard, and it’s time to give yourself some self-care. Our Moon Light class is designed to let your muscles rest and lengthen during poses with longer, supported holds. Moon Light is a slow-moving class that heals from the inside out.
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced sitting in a chair or standing next to the chair for support, allowing for greater confidence and depth in each pose. Build strength, gain flexibility and improve balance. Each class ends with postures on the mat to release muscle tension, leaving you completely at ease and relaxed. Open to all levels.

Sunrise Vinyasa will help you move from one posture to another seamlessly. Focus on your breath work via deep stretching, and get energized with this powerful flow.
