Camille Zolman

Hi! I’m Camille. I’m here to introduce you to yoga and a wholehearted way of living your life. Teaching loving, down to earth people is what I do best. I've been a student of yoga since 2013. Yoga helps me stretch my soul creatively, feel love for the world we live in and has brought lifelong friendships into my life. I want these things for you and am excited to be able to share the blessing of yoga with all my students. I’ve traveled to Indonesia the past several years to study Mysore Ashtanga with Prem and Radha Carlisle who are direct student of Sri K Pattabhi Jois. I love Ashtanga yoga, it teaches me the discipline, strength, and flexibility I need to better my vinyasa and restorative practices as well as better my life. See you on your mat! xoxo + Namaste

Debbie Bannon

In 2013 my husband and I moved to sunny St. George. Shortly after moving to St. George I had a "sealed by fate" moment when I was introduced to Yoga at ZACI. It didn't take long for me to become absolutely enthralled and completely immersed in the practice of yoga. So much so that I decided to certify with ZACI (Zion Academy of Certified Instructors) to expand my understanding and knowledge. I completed my RYT 200 November 2015 and ZACI's RYT 500 Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in the fall of 2016. I continue to learn, expand and share my knowledge with everyone I meet. I'm utterly intrigued by what yoga has taught me and how it's a never ending journey of greatness!

Lily Woods

For years I was discouraged from practicing yoga because I had a very stiff and inflexible body. I felt lanky and awkward (hasn't changed) and two steps behind on every posture. The time it clicked for me and became a big part of my life was when I began realizing that yoga isn't about touching your toes. It became more about removing all the excess mental and physical baggage so I could become the happiest and healthiest version of me. In 2019 I began my journey to becoming a yoga teacher. I now have my 200 hour in Hatha Yoga and 300 hour in level one Yoga Therapy. I am also certified in Trauma Recovery Yoga. If you feel terrified in starting yoga like I did, I'm here to remind you, that if I can do it, so can you :)

Sadie Best

Hello I am Sadie, I started practicing yoga in 2012 after battling recurring running injuries. Yoga was the maintenance my body was missing, and I immediately knew I wanted to teach yoga to others. I am excited to help you discover and expand your yoga practice, namaste.

Leigh Cox

I began my love for graceful movement at 8 years with classical ballet. I saw my first reformer at 14 at a ballet West conservatory and knew I would teach pilates. I found yoga while studying psychology at UVU. My passion for movement grew and my mind was evolving. After graduation, I dabbled in a 9-5 office job. Unfulfilled, this Utah girl took off to Austin, TX for a comprehensive pilates training with Power Pilates. I lived and breathed pilates for 6 months, learning the method beginning to advanced, on the mat and on all apparatus. I soon found my way to New York City to teach Pilates for the head Power Pilates studio, develop my craft and gain some solid life experience. I kept teaching and headed to Orange County to earn a Masters Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University. I met my husband, lived and taught in Denver, CO for a bit before we came home to St. George to reconnect to our roots and have a family. We have three beautiful, busy, tenacious children. When I have a moment to myself I love a good podcast, a little movement, creating in the kitchen and continuing my education.
