Power Yoga is an invigorating style of yoga linking breath and movement to heat the body for detoxification and flexibility. This is class is designed to challenge you, and leaves you feeling energized, uplifted, and centered. The flow is inspired by Baron Baptiste. Open to all levels.
Mindful Flow is a slower paced class allowing students to be intentional with body placement while moving through postures. You will build strength, improve balance, increase flexibility and relieve stress. This class is open to all levels.
Moon Light Yoga
Your body has been working hard, now it's time to give back. This class is slow moving with longer supported holds. Designed to let your muscles rest and lengthen. Open to all levels.
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced sitting in a chair or standing next to the chair for support; allowing for greater confidence and depth in each pose. Build strength, gain flexibility and improve balance. Each class will end with postures on the mat to release muscle tension, leaving you completely at ease and relaxed. Open to all levels.
