Arm Balance Workshop
with Kate West
Come expand your yoga practice with arm balances! This workshop will build your strength and challenge your focus as we work on arm balance poses together in a flexible, fun and supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to practice arm balances you are already familiar with and receive instruction in new ones, with emphasis on safely entering and exiting each pose. You’ll also learn how you can adapt arm balances to fit your body through modifications and advancements. Yogis of all experience levels welcome!*The 9:00 am power yoga class immediately following will incorporate what was taught in the workshop and provide an opportunity for you to apply what you learn!
